How to Run This (Weekly)


Every manager should run the same rhythm:


1. Inspect the 5 metrics (team + individual level)


No more than 15 minutes


2. Identify the constraint


There is always one primary bottleneck:


  • No pipeline
  • Poor conversion
  • Slow deals
  • Weak participation


3. Take 1 corrective action per rep


Not 5. Not 10. One.


4. Re-run weekly


This is an operating system, not a one-time analysis
