Hi, I'm Cody Voorhees.

Cody Voorhees is a SaaS sales leader and operator building high-performing revenue teams in health tech.


He has spent the last decade scaling sales organizations, training over 1,000 sales professionals, and leading top-performing teams across companies from early-stage to Series D.


Cody currently serves as VP of Sales at Prompt Health, where he is focused on building a category-defining EMR platform and scaling revenue with operational rigor.


Prior to Prompt, Cody was Director of Sales at Alma, where he led the AE organization through a 2x increase in revenue, improved close rates by 22%, increased rep capacity by 18%, and reduced time-to-close by 66%.


Before entering health tech, Cody was the first VP of Sales at Product School, where he scaled the sales team 5x and helped lead the company through Series A. He began his career at Yelp in San Francisco, where he was a top 10% Senior Sales Manager and led the company’s Sales Manager Leadership Development Program.


Cody writes Cody’s Sales Meetings, a newsletter for SaaS sales leaders focused on practical, high-impact team execution. He is also the creator of the Revenue Operating System, a framework for managing the five metrics that actually drive revenue.


He lives in Carmel, California with his wife, two boys, and their dog, Billie.
